No. It works entirely over email — no signup, no password, no REST API. You create an event and every participant just replies to a normal email.

Every reply is DKIM-verified, OpenTimestamped, and committed to a per-event git repository. Attachments are forwarded byte-for-byte to the event owner and never stored by the service. No accounts, no telemetry.

Yes. Every proof verifies offline with the open-source gitdone-verify CLI, which checks the DKIM signatures and OpenTimestamps against the git repository — you never have to trust or even reach signedreply.
